Dress Attire
T-shirts, tank tops, faded jeans, cut-offs, and casual hats are not permitted in the Main Lobby, Park Avenue Lobby, restaurants, or public areas of the hotel. While name badges may be worn by conference attendees in private conference rooms, we request that name badges be removed in the public areas of the hotel. Thank you for your cooperation.

Dry Cleaning, Pressing /Laundry/Valet
We are pleased to offer Dry Cleaning, Laundry, and Valet/Pressing Services 7 days a week. Minor tailoring is also provided through our Valet department.

Electrical Current Voltage
The electrical current voltage in all our of rooms is 110-120 volts (60 cycles). Adapters are available through our Housekeeping Department.

Express Registration Desk
The Express Registration Desk is a new, more efficient way for Waldorf=Astoria's frequent guests to check-in. In order for the Arrivals Coordinator to have your room assigned and your room keys prepared please call, 1-866-ARRIVE-1 thirty minutes prior to your anticipated arrival. Your keys will be ready and waiting for you at The Express Registration located adjacent to our Garage area by the Park Avenue Elevators on the Ground Level. Hours of operation are Sunday - Thursday, from 2pm - 10pm.

Offering a full range of exercise equipment, as well as a wide array of massage and spa services, the 3,000-square-foot facility, located on the 19th floor, is the perfect place to rev up with an energetic workout or wind down after a busy day. 

Florist
Floralia Decorators, Inc., specializes in high-profile corporate, social, and private event planning as well as in the design of personal and business flower arrangements.  Located on East 50th Street, adjacent to The Waldorf Towers entrance.

Kinney Parking Systems operates our garage parking. Valet parking is available for a fee.

Pets are not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Exceptions are made only for service dogs or police dogs.
