DB Bistro Moderne - A creation of celebrated chef Daniel Boulud, the bistro serves seasonal French-American fare in two dining rooms: a casual front room with giant photos of red and yellow dahlias on lipstick-red walls, and a more intimate table-clothed room in the back. Among the signature dishes is the DB Burger: ground sirloin with a center of wine-braised short ribs on a toasted homemade parmesan bun. Dessert choices include Mocha Japonaise with Toasted Almond Ice Cream, and Lemon Ginger Napoleon.
